Healing Qigong: Cultivating Resilience and Calm

This relaxing Tuesday evening class with Deborah features simple movements and guided meditations. It is suitable for all levels, including beginners who want to calm down but “can’t sit still.”

Qigong means “energy in motion.” Its purpose is to strengthen the body, relax the mind, and open the heart. Sitting, standing, and lying down meditations will be introduced. This class is perfect for those who seek a peaceful practice after a busy day of activity. Non-yogis are welcome; the movements are easy to learn and really fun! Each class will be a little different, so you can take what you need to build your own home practice.
