Deborah Stevenson

Deborah Stevenson

Where is she now?

Deborah may decide to teach qigong and meditation classes in the winter, but those details have not been settled yet. If you would like to be notified of future classes with Deborah, you can send your email to her through our contact form here.

Deborah will be enjoying adventures in the mountains through October, and she will send out a notice to her mailing list when she has information about any new classes. Please be aware that if you reach out via email, it may take her a few days to respond since she does hike in remote areas.

A message from Deborah:

“I am deeply saddened about the closing of the studio. Knowing that the true community exists in our heart, I send loving kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity to all who have made this community possible. I will be sending links and notes from Master Li Jun Feng to my students as a means of support.  – Love, Deborah”

For Deborah Stevenson, meditation, healing, and the art of living go hand in hand. She has been meditating and making art since 1972. She has taught a variety of subjects from English as a Second Language, to drawing and painting, anthropology and sociology. Deborah is originally from Colorado and moved to Nevada in 2004 to work as an educator at the Nevada State Museum. Now retired, she is an avid hiker and serves on the mentor council for the Dharma Zephyr Insight Meditation Community.

Deborah has been practicing energy healing through Reiki and qigong since 2000 and teaching since 2003. She currently teaches Sheng Zhen Qigong in the tradition of her teacher, Master Li Jun Feng. Sheng Zhen means unconditional love.
